Much has been written about designers writing code but not vice versa (developers who design). With that in mind, I’ve put together some great resources below that offer free icons for developers. Not many developers I know provide commercial design services but very often need to add a professional touch to sites they’re working on. For instance, to direct users’ attention to a particular part of a page, for a call to action perhaps, or adding popular social media links. We’re all striving for perfect usability in our projects so every little helps. And did I mention they’re free?
